It was not like any other facial I have had. At the beginning of every facial I've always answered questions about my skin and what I wanted out of my facial. This facial she just started and didn't explain why she was putting what on my skin. My skin tends to get greasy and at the end of my facial my skin was incredibily greasy she must have used product for naturally dry skin (which I don't have). Groupon – I had a groupon for a manicure & pedicure. The experience was one of the worst I've had. I think it was her first time doing a mani/pedi. I could have done a better job. I can't image paying full price for this treatment. Actually the price of the groupon was too much!

Misleading Crowd Cut voucher results in a half hour facial – I purchased a crowd cut deal for a calming facial. The price was great for $30 and when I bought it I was expecting to get a 1 hour facial which is usually the norm(It did not say anything about the duration in the voucher). Even when I called to schedule the appointment they never mentioned anything about how long the facial would be. Don't judge by outward appearances. – I purchased a 'coupon' and then read the reviews, so I wasn't expecting much. Yes the building is old, but it was clean, I had NO trouble at all scheduling, everyone was pleasant, and a I got a great haircut and eyebrow wax! Thanks, Ashley, it was fun talking to you!

Disappointing Experience – I try new places for therapeutic massages, in the hopes of finding a 'favorite' place. It is just my opinion, but here is what the experience was like as a first-time customer of Colleen and Company Aveda Spa in Roseville. Neighborhood Gem – This little Aveda salon has class and charm. I have been there for hair, nails, massages and facials. I have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is incredible, they are seasoned and really know their stuff. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Don't Bother – I am writing to share with the management of this Spa my experience on Saturday with a mani and pedi service.
