Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Does this dermatologist use current and safe equipment? Yes

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
