I went to see Dr. Collard in November of 2022 for a leg injury and thought he was great. Then he moved his office down the street but for some reason the patient's records didn't follow him. I had to fill out all the paperwork again. They asked my questions like, 'What is the address and phone number of your pharmacy?' Who knows that? It was written on the original records which weren't brought over to the new building. They told me I needed to get an xray of my leg. Just had a appointment about my Distal Bicep tear that occured while at work. Dr. Collard was very thorough and caring. He helped alleviate my stress by anwsering all my questions. He took the time to thoughtfully explain my problem and the circumstances arising. I Highly recommend him.
Let me start by saying Dr. Collard was chosen because of his 5 star rating and based off of nurse friend's recommendations. I don't know if he was having a bad day, or what his issue was, but I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my 51 years. Dr. Collard performed knee replacement surgery on me in April 2024. 10 weeks later my knee works perfectly! No pain, full range of motion, just like brand new! Dr. Collard is professional, yet warm and friendly. Visiting his office is like visiting a good and caring friend. I highly recommend him and trust him completely. Also, his staff is top notch - Sam keeps things running smoothly. In short, this is an outstanding team!
Dr. Collard has an outstanding bedside manner and is very personable. I had a Hip & Knee replacement with him and he did a wonderful job on both. I would recommend him to everyone!! He took his time explaining what the procedures were and what to expect from them. His staff is absolutely amazing and set up everything which made everything a lot easier on me & my family. I'm so thankful for him and his staff!
I am a 49 year old construction worker that hasn't been able to walk normal for about 5 years, and haven't been pain free in over a decade because of a bad hip. Went to Dr. Collard and he was very attentive and wanted to try some different approaches because I was kind of young to be having my hip replaced. New knees 12 months apart, now I’m back to doing what I’ve been unable to do for years (waking/hiking in woods, etc ). I’m in my late 70s and now I have zero knee pain. Dr Collards bed side manner is one of his outstanding characteristics. His knowledge and skill is beyond reproach. He’s really a great doctor/surgeon and cares for his patients. Do what he says and you’ll be ‘back out there’ and pain free.
I had been down some very bad road with my left knee. I had been to several doctors,two knee scopes, followed by partial replacement. Still had left knee problems sharp pain, swelling, hot knee, trouble sleeping, sharp pain walking. Referred to Dr. Collard, very reluctant to meet him. HAD KNEE SURGERY BY DR. COLLARD RECENTLY. DID NOT NEED PAIN MEDICINE AFTER SURGERY. HAD A TINY BRIUSE BELOW MY KNEE. AFTER 14 DAYS, I STARTED MY WALKS AND NOW I AM BACK TO MY 3MILE WALK. IN THE PAST , I HAD THE SAME SURGERY BY ANOTHER DOCTOR THAT DID NOT GO WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. COLLARD FOR ORTHO SURGERY. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING.
