I went to the hampton office saw dr Steve and he was just aweful. I usually see dr bobby which is wonderful. My son has Down syndrome and i told him he won’t sit in the dental chair but he will sit in a regular chair and let u look at his teeth. He said “I don’t work that way” and wanted to restrain him trying to explain to me how downs kids are. This was my daughters third attempt to visit a dentist for the first time and finally she nailed it!! The place was great just as the provider. She was so happy and comfty.

My daughters have been patients of Dr. Bullock since they were 1 years old and I would never think of switching! He has excellent bedside manner and he really makes them enjoy going to the dentist. I would give WAY MORE than five stars if I could!!

We came to this office from the peninsula office due to a change in tricare dental insurance. We have been longtime patients at the Peninsula office and love it there. Our first experience 6 months ago at the Coliseum location was not a good one. There were long wait times and issues with the kids records and X-rays not being transferred. I felt that the dentist we saw last time was very rushed and was not familiar with current treatments for a particular issue that my child was having. I would recommend this office to anyone with kids. My son has been coming here since he was 18 months old and he loves his dentist and the hygienist and he is learning good dental habits without any fears or concerns. The office is bright, clean and decorated to keep the kids comfortable, the exam area is immaculate and there are tvs playing kids shows to relax the kids and childrens books everywhere for them. Very good dental office. Was satisfied as they took me as a last minute emergency call. My son received proper care and doing much better. Dr.Steve Bullock was very informative and concerned. I will continue to use his services as he made me feel at ease about my son's dental issues.

First, I called to schedule the appointments for my 2 granddaughters and specifically asked for a female. When I arrived, I was told the appointment would be with a man, even though it was right in the chart I had asked for a female. Then, what should have taken 20 minutes, took 2 hours because of some "emergency" filling. Then, the dentist that did see the girls took exactly 2 minutes with them and we were out the door. Very very POOR management and it caused me problems at work.

The service is not bad but the clinic needs an update. The way I see it, if a clinic can’t keep their place looking clean and presentable, it makes you question if their equipment is being properly sanitized.
