I am one of the miserable resident living in this complex. Very poor management, trying to get hold of someone who can really help but nobody is here i think. I am not sure why the office is scared to give me phone no of somebody who can really help.
Let me start with saying that this apartment complex is just very poorly handled. Ever since the snow storm happened, an issue with my duplex occurred so when I made a phone call to the manager she offered my family and I to stay in an apartment inside temporarily while they fixed my duplex. That same night we had just moved all of our stuff from my home to the apartment, the whole apartment just started flooding. First off terrible place no ac for 2 weeks now it's 84 degrees inside it's just absurd how they ignore work orders this should be an emergency. Consider it being 97-100 degrees outside specially when kids live here. And staying in a car is not reasonable when paying so much for rent and this issue can't be fixed. Office people dont care called about 7 times a day no answer leave voice mail still no answer online work order no answer. What are y'all doing besides sitting all day looking at y'all's phone. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! I have had the worst experience and i've literally only been a tenant for TWO DAYS!! First, they lied to me about so much. My unit was not ready the day of move in so I had to push my move in day an entire week later. I finally move in and get charged amounts that I was not quoted. I move in and people are literally in and out of my apartment all day to fix issues! I have been without hot water for 11 days in Grand Riviera. I have mad several attempts to contact corporate with no response. This is inhumane and ILLEGAL to have people without the basic necessities for this long. Then you are ignored and told "we are working on it" I've already called the city. What else do I need to do to get this fixed??
There is no way of reaching the corporate of vidalta!! I tried multiple times and no one ever returns my voice mails! I am being harassed by my neighbors and the manager will not hear me out. I have made a police report but corporate still won't call me back!

LOL a higher standard of living? Are you serious? Let's start of after 3 days of being late on rent you'll be evicted which I don't mind if the apartment took care of their behalf. The AC will constantly break. The property has potholes and trash everywhere. Cars will be vandalized. There are roaches and spiders ALL over the exterior of the complex. Pest control are no shows but you are expected to pay monthly for it as well as a $15 fee for amenities oh yeah they charge you for the pool and laundry facility on site. Office ... read more
This is the worst complex ever. I have lived here since January 2018 and it has only gotten from OK to worse. I have had to have my AC & Heat fixed several times and often times it takes them a week or more to fix it. The AC is barely up to legal standards for Texas even when it is working, as it barely keeps it 20 degrees cooler than it is outside (so when it's 100 outside it's 80 in the apartment). I've been living in my complex for going on 3 years now. Before this company took over everything was great. We now can't seem to keep any type of management in the front office, the phones and emails go unanswered, it takes forever to get anything done by maintenance. When maintenance finally does show up they speak little to no English and can't communicate to tell me what's going on. They just smile and go about their business.
