We could not have asked for a better realtor. Allison helped us get the house of our dreams. After going through a less than ideal home inspection that didn't end up working out, she was able to find us a house we liked even more and was able to get us into it with our original closing date. The Panzi team is efficient, customer service driven, and on top of the market. We were one of the first to see our current home and made an offer before anyone else had a chance.

These guys are awesome to work with! When our first offer on our house fell through Colin and his team got our house back on the market the same day and got us an even better offer two days later. They made closing very easy and painless. We will be using these guys in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a home!

Colin and his team are A Number ONE, although I may be a little prejudiced since we are related. He didn't help me sell my house since I came from the other side of the state, but he and Ashley bent over backwards to help me find a house and get the details settled in record time. Colin and Allison were great to work with. Allison was very available to show me homes when my schedule permitted. She was very accessible by phone. Colin provided much expertise in regards to radon testing and moving companies. An overall great team to work with.
Colin and his team were wonderful to work with! He got my townhouse sold the same day it went on the market and Allison helped find me a great house that was exactly what I was looking for within days. On both the buying and selling sides they coordinated everything and made it as easy as possible for me.
