I chose Colin and his team because of favorable online reviews, and was not disappointed. Selling or buying a house can be extremely stressful, so I was pleasantly surprised to know I had a hard working, available realtor that I could trust through the entire process. I moved out-of-state before I sold my home, but Colin took care of everything, including personally fixing things around the house listed in the final accepted offer! Always available, and always helpful through the entire process.
House sold in 6 days in the middle of winter and Colin did an amazing job coordinating all the showings. Went above and beyond in the end even helping us take some scrap to the junkyard. A+ Team.

Great experience selling our home. Colin and his team made everything easy. We sold our home from overseas and they helped handle everything. We got multiple offers right away and ended up with our asking price. Colin is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I just wish I could have met him in person.
