I’ve had these glasses for about 2 years, and after the hinges got loose, I needed them fixed. I brought them in asking for a repair as they had advertised glasses repair, and after dropping them off and waiting about 3 hours, I went to go pick them up. When I received them, they were in worse condition then I originally left them. True review would be zero stars......Disappointed, angered, and in disbelief. First off I did not write a review after last year's disappointment in hopes that this year would be different. Was I ever mistaken........ left after spending almost $500 for exam and only half a year of contacts without a printout of my prescription. When I called a few days later to ask prescription to be emailed was told they will not do so. I took my 4 children here 3 years ago for eye exams. We received a bill a year after service and worked. Our insurance notified us that this was because the staff has mistyped the childs member number and provided guidance on how to the provider could correct the error. We notified the office on how to correct this error on how to correct this after working with our insurance. We just received Another bill for $250 today for the uninsured amount for this child.
