I have gone to Coley and Coley for years. My last appointment was in October 2025 that is when I was informed that the Coley’s had retired and the business had been sold. They had sold to a cooperation that has extremely poor customer service. I have purchased Silhouette frames many times in the past.Silhouette allows you to pick your frame and then the shape of the lenses you want.(These are rimless frames). Run!!!! Don’t go here for glasses. I wish I could give zero stars. 3 months later and still no glasses. Frames returned and exchanged and lenses remade for new frame. The lenses werenot right according to office staff. Told glasses would be in no later than today. They did not arrive and office manager has left me sitting here for an hour and has not shown up to speak to me. What a horrendous business with untruthful and down right horrible business practice.
