We needed to replace carpet in 3 bedrooms very quickly because we were having family in for a few days, and the carpet in those rooms was old and damaged. Gina helped me pick out some BEAUTIFUL taupe loop-and-pile carpet with a subtle pattern. She worked hard to get it ordered from the factory in time to meet our needs, and even worked with us a little on pricing. The installer was kind, friendly, and prompt. We LOVE the carpet! The help or sales person that I was working with seemed to be a nice person but never followed through on the request for information and estimate help that I needed. I ended up not doing any business with them because of this.
If I could give a minus review I would. I ordered almost $9000 of laminate and carpet from Coles. First the installers were late. I had to call twice to get someone to come they said the order got lost. Then they showed up with the wrong color. Then as the men were taking up the old carpet they ripped it and some caught on the wall paper. Instead of stopping to get it lose they kept ripping and pulled 4 feet of wall paper off the wall in addition to numerous other smaller rips.
