Can't get no help so we left this was a waste of gas
GM John and Tim found us the Reflection we had our hearts set on. The whole process has been painless, they've done a great job. Highly recommend Colerain.
Bought a brand new RV at Colerain of Dayton last December and the sales staff did a great job! However, if you plan on getting your RV serviced there, you might want to plan on waiting a month or so. Called in July for service, one month wait. Called for service in October, one month wait. We understand they are the only RV sales and service locally, however a month wait is too much!
I wouldn't Rate them with a 1 I would give them a NEGATIVE if I could !!!
My husband and I are shopping for a RV, drove to Colerain in Dayton, there had a radio station there advertising a sale, but none of the units were unlocked to look at. After going inside to ask why, we were told we cannot see them so we have to keep them locked, no sales people, we were left waiting while the receptionist went to find a sales person. Needless to say we left after a few minutes. Wake up Colerain, if you want to sell RV's !
We had a leak in our new camper purchased from Camping World. After 13 months camping world could not figure out our leak. We took our camper to Colrain RV in New Carlisle, after one week their service department knew exactly what was wrong! We worked with Brandy, their service advisor, we have never experienced such an awesome person to help us! She stayed in touch with us and responded to my email or phone call the same day!
