Went ready to buy! Drove around the lot, walked around the lot. Had to park and go in because no one came out. Went inside, the receptionist (in her cat ears) couldn’t be bothered to even look up to see what we wanted. One salesman said “it’s too cold out there.” No one even looked at us. Lost a sale today! �
Thank you Colerain RV Service department! They were great! Have a 4 month old Keystone 5th wheel and the furnace went out. Took it there and they diagnosed then fixed it quickly. We are full-timers, so it meant a lot for them to get it fixed as fast as they did.
