As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and took our time with finding the right RV for us- Tim was very patient with us- we never felt any pressure to “hurry up and buy” as we had been encouraged to do at other locations. Would recommend to others!

They were great to deal with, service department actually answered the phone when I called with a question and the after sales service has also been great! at no point did anyone try to over sell us on more than we wanted or needed and only offered good advise. Very professional staff from our sales folks, Tim and Nick, our finance specialist Lisa, our walk around trainer Al, the mechanical advice from Nate. This is our 4th RV in almost 20 years and this is the first time an RV dealership spent so much time with us on two separate days. We live in Columbus and plan to refer our RV friends to this dealership and location.

Their attention to us, and our dreams were unparalleled to any of the other dealership's we had visited this past 2 years. Even so with one of their sister dealership's in Columbus. Nick, Tim, and the entire team there were terrific to us, and during all of our visits there they treated all of the other visitors with the same genuine warmth. We are so happy with our new Grand Design Imagine!
