RecommendedI have got great help before. I got discharged from the program about a year ago but I had two surgeries on my foot. I have been in Rehabilitation for 8 months-8 days so I am planning on going back. I know the caseworker can help me with the new challenges I am facing that I came home on Friday right after Thanksgiving in 2019. This I feel I am not alone that I have a lot of support and Coleman Professional Services will help me too. I will walk in and get an assessment soon and go from there

You can't talk to LIVE people when you call. A person with mental issues needs to be able to talk to a live person and not a voice mail all of the time.
Cost me a wife & I started getting threats because they had me come back for saying I love a woman, Because of them, I started getting death threats for passing the woman I was in love with on my way to work, all started because of somebody she worked with making up lies about me.

They give you the runaround. Most time I call, I have to call back multiple times becsue they transfer me, without warning, to someone's voicemail. They don't bother to tell you who you're transferring you to or why. Seriously, how hard is it to put soemone on hold an D make sure that there's someone there? They can't even put in appointments correctly. The last two times that I made appointments for the next month, I got a reminder call for my appointment next week. RecommendedI have been going here for 3 years. They have helped me out tremendously! I wouldn't be as far in my mental health crisis recovery if it wasn't for this place. Thank you to all the staff for a great job and a great environment.
My son needed help and I sat in an emergency room who turned around and sent him to Coleman access. They did not help him whatsoever. Now they’re sending over a case manager after I spent a week finding him a good counselor somewhere else and he signed up for a better case management. Instead of obeying what my son and I have done a case manager by Lori Warner went right behind my back got my son to sign things he did not understand.
