Coleman power sports will not honor a warranty, and have very bad costumer service
Poor customer service department We bought a New GolfCart May 3rd and in July we find out it has 4 bad batteries and have been trying to get replacement batteries for almost 2 months I keep getting the run around
Purchased damaged equipment over three months ago and put a warranty case and returned equipment to service center for repair within two weeks of opening case and still have not received repaired equipment or replacement. I have been contacting warranty department and service center for the last two weeks but have been told that someone will be calling me back within 24 hours. Very misleading & fraudulent, especially to the elderly. No dimensions on this unit they call a golf cart, it's a quad cart only allowed on flat surfaces known as roadways. I live in ************ of FLA. It will not go thru the tunnels or fit in my garage, too tall. They will not allow me to reduce the back bars that hold the roof by 2-3" so it will ********** & tunnels. That will cancel warranty. I cannot return it, I took out a loan.
