Very family friendly atmosphere. I've been very happy with the care I've received by Dr. May and his office. He is also very active in supporting our community.
The staff are very friendly and Dr. May is very educated. He takes the time to let you know what is happening to you and how he can try to fix it.
They asked for payment upfront. And continued to ask every visit. When I asked why the insurance claims had not been filed I was told they were. 6 months later and no they did not file them. I have repeatedly called and asked why and I want the difference refunded. Paid out of my pocket 580 bucks. They only filed $250 worth. The time has lapsed for them to file a claim. Tired of the run around and I would not recommend them to anyone. They were eager to take my money but sure not attempting to refund what they owe.
Dr. May is quite knowledgeable, caring and experienced in chiropractic. He takes the time to educate patients about chiropractic and how it can help each one live a much healthier, active life. Education is key for understanding. Thanks!
I do not recommend Dr. May. My husband had a $114 credit when he bought Dr. Coleman's business. He strung us along for months saying all he needed was a date to locate the transaction (due to his computer crash). When we provided a credit card statement he said Dr. Coleman had taken his file. I was able to contact Dr. Coleman, and he told me everything in his business went to Dr. May and that he didn't take any files/accounts with him, which makes sense. We feel that Dr. May is dishonest and untrustworthy!
Dr. May seems to genuinely know his business and takes the time to educate and get to know his patients. He's taken care of me of a year now.
