Management here is horrible! ***** is charge of my building and she couldnt care less about residents. Ive contacted her multiple times just in the past few months about my packages getting stolen and she doesnt help. Shes very unresponsive, so expect weeks before you get a response. By then theres nothing you can do. Also whoever answers the phone when you first contact them, is incredible rude and unhelpful. This place is horrible they left me with mold for over a year. pretended they knew nothing about it when I have proof they did. then threw me out at lease renewal so they can gut it for a newbie! probably will keep my deposit too even tho they uprooted my family for greed! I have proof that they evicted me cuz stuff needs fixed. wow normally a place wouldn't throw u out to fix THEIR problems! not Colebrook! they don't like privacy either. ripped out all the fences and storage so now everyone can see everyone else's business.... read more
