The complex is infested with mice and cockroaches.... BSU Rentals makes you liable for getting rid of pests because they know their properties are littered with them.
known 2 different people stayimg there and both buildings are full of bed bugs and the owner dosent want to get rid of them properly which is just scattering them to other appartments i wouldnt suggest any one be here full of bed bugs and other bugs
