I was extremely anxious regarding how long it would take to lease my condo. Several units in the building were listed for upwards of 100 days. Anthony Cole, was able to lease my unit in less than a week! Other Property Managers stated I would need to list for $250-$300 less. They were wrong. I highly recommend Cole Group Property Management.

We didn’t have a great experience as tenants with this property management company. Getting repairs done was a painful process for things included in our lease, such as major appliances that weren’t working. Lots of back and forth and follow up had to occur on our end. And arguing about repairs until I pulled out the lease. They made us replace our own smoke detectors when they stopped working, even with the new batteries we put in them.
