Pretty shity to schedule an appointment to look at a truck and they supposedly sold it an hour before we got there. Didnt bother to call us to let us know either. What a considerate dealer for letting us drive 1.5 hours to see a vehicle they didn't even have. Not really happy with our experience with this dealership.

Yes, Brian was very helpful and buying a pre owned Ford Edge was easy. Ryan Marvin in the service department was willing to check it out for us before we bought it. They even did the plate transfer so no trip to the Secretary of State.
Bought my new Ranger from Cole Ford. The whole process was fast and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
