Bought a car a few years back. It was a Mazda not a Ford. Asked the sales guy if they could service it some and do oil changes and such. He said "we sell it we service it" ....Needless to say he lied.......I will never again spend a dime at this garbage dump.....A simple no we aren't equipped for that would have saved a customer. .....Honesty and integrity are not valued at Cole
We just bought a car from Cole Ford and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. We were treated very fairly... the whole transaction went exactly as planned... and I love the car they helped me find. I would buy from Joey and the team again anytime.

The customer service here is the worst in this town. They acted as if they didn't want to deal with me when I went to purchase a vehicle, most likely because of my age. Then they lied to me about the factory warranty on my vehicle. I will never again deal with this company. Very disappointed.
