I went in for repairs and service on my 2000 Explorer and decided to take a look at a real nice 2005 Explorer. The salesman, Nefty Guevara (along with several other salesmen who assisted me when Nefty was called away on a family emergency) treated me like I was buying a $40k pickup truck and not an old car. Next time I'm in the market for another car, I will surely go to Cole Ford/Lincoln!
Josh and Eric made truck buying the way it should be , in and out driving the truck that i wanted in less than an hour and a half .
I recently had to have some work done on my Ford Focus and the service department ordered my parts and in between that time I moved to PA and could not get my car in for the repair. I just happen to come home for only 1 day and when I called to see if they could get my car in on that day they did all they could and actually were able to schedule my repair for the one day I was home. Eric Davis worked very hard to put me not only in the vehicle I wanted, but worked very hard to stay in my budget!!! He was very honest and upfront, which I greatly appreciate! I was at the dealership for a long time and was offered pizza for my trouble! Lol, who does that these days?!? Great people, very friendly!
