I am very thankful for this clinic! My son was kicked out of his previous pediatricians office because we as his parents decided that vaccines were not in our sons best interest. Thank God for Cole Family Practice. They respect the parents rights and we have not felt one ounce of shame or ridicule. Today was my little boys first visit here, and he was seen for his 6 month well check. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The nurses and docs really have you and your health at their best interest. I was so impressed to see they weren't shoving vaccines down my throat nor bashing me for our family's decisions! I highly recommend them!!
I went for a new patient physical because Cole family practice was highly recommended. I was very disappointed. The bedside manor left me feeling unheard and not understood. I left in tears. Fast forward a year later and I finally receive a billing statement for this visit. They charged me for services I did not ask for and they charged a quit smoking consultation fee because she simply asked if I smoked and wanted to quit.
I love going there for the weight loss. They are very informative on all their options. I was very embarrassed asking for help losing weight. They make you feel so comfortable and they don't look down on you. That to me was so encouraging. I'd recommend them to anyone.
