We’ve used Cole family practice for years, unfortunately we won’t continue. They never seem to have the proper vaxx which they fail to tell you when you book your appointment. So we took a day off from work and drove from Nashville just to be told we need to go to public health to get vax. So giant waste of time. Then we do exactly as we are told and book an appointment with public health, only to be told they can’t see you if you have insurance. Which I do, and Cole family practice was well aware. Do not support this business if you are a person of color. They are unapologetically RACIST. I had my daughter under their care and the doctor consistently recommended I feed my daughter formula with no health issues, only weight. When I declined formula, she began being very condescending. She went on to ask me “sooo where’s dad???” I responded, “where is your husband? I tried to make an inquiry for primary care for my newborn, but the person I dealt with and had questions for was incredibly rude and dismissive. I'll be taking our family's business elsewhere.
RecommendedWe are fairly new to this practice as my 5 week old son has been seen twice now. He has seen Ronda Clark and I can't say enough positive things about her. The visits are thorough and she takes enough time so you don't feel rushed out the door. I love her holistic approach. So far this practice has been great for us.
Over the past 3 years I have been to CFP for well-woman care, infertility visits for both me and my husband, prenatal care, and now well-baby visits. Amy was an incredible source of medical advice and support during our years of infertility, and now she is providing that same support for our baby boy!
