This was the FIRST car shopping experience where the process was insanely smooth. I felt that I was catered to and was provided with exceptional service. Gillian is a highly gifted salesperson with a can do attitude and does not waste time haggling back and forth. She was honest, transparent and to the point. That is almost non-existent today!

What really added to the great experience this time was our personalized at-home onboarding with Amy, who showed me features and tricks I never knew, even after owning three Evoques.
