Run, run as fast as you can! I am not sure how this place is still in business. I had some car work done there and there service department is a bunch of clowns. I complained to Chrysler about them. Keep driving and find somewhere else to go, anywhere would be better. Reading these reviews I find very hard to believe, they must have been written by employees and parents!

This was my first time dealing with Cole. I needed my van checked out as my service engine light came on on Saturday and was flashing and it drove sluggish like it was going to stall. BC Dodge, where I bought it from 3 years ago, couldn't get me in for 2 wks, I called Cole's and they got me in the next day. Thank goodness it wasn't a really serious problem.
