We just purchased our new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Andy at Cole Chrysler, and what a wonderful experience, Friendly atmosphere, and a very knowledgeable sales person. When we went back a second time to pick up our new Jeep, Andy was tied up with another customer, and one of the other sales people stepped right up, and showed us our new Jeep, and with out batting an eye, walked us right through everything. Can't say enough about the friendly courteous sales staff.
This was by far the easiest dealership to work with. They are all very receptive and flexible. We just had to show up to sign paperwork after they took care of everything. Our salesman Aaron was especially understanding and phenomenal to work with!
We will drive the miles to get to this service department. Great service, thank you.

Long story kind of made short...My wife picked out a car, got financed and drove it home. Her happiness lasted all of 36 hours when the transmission went out completely. It took a few days, but the entire staff there came together and got us into another vehicle that is very safe, reliable and "pretty" as the Mrs. would put it. Thank you DJ and both Andy's for helping us with a potentially nightmarish situation! It is very appreciated and will not be forgotten.
