I love Cole's. Most friendliest people & do everything they can do get you the auto you want. I have been dealing with them since I moved to Bland, VA.
Coles messed up my 2005 Cadilac CTS and caused me to have an accident with my newborn in the car..I have tried to work with them to let them correct their mistake and fix the damage but have got no where so I started posting pictures along with my experience to this page and they have blocked me from posting. I had a motor, transmission and carrier bearing coupler put in my 2005 Cadillac CTS and the carrier bearing coupler wasn't installed properly as bolts were either missing or not installed because the coupler came loose and busted thru the floorboard and ripped a bunch of wires as it did and caused me to have an accident with my 3 month old baby in the car..Coles have did nothing to try and even fix the car.
I haven't bought anything yet. I've been looking around keeping my options open looking for that right deal. Did talk to a nice salesman named Phillip Carter he didn't rush us which I like. Going out Monday. I do know I am coming home with a vehicle from somewhere I will post pictures when I get back home.
Best Sales team around, They are so much for the customers needs and wants. Great service department around.
My 2011 Cadillac is always in their shop over something and it keeps have more problems and when it goes into their shop they tell me nothing is wrong with it even when a rod is knocking and the transmission gets stuck in third gear. The only the ever fix it is if I call Cadillac and tell them what's going on or it has to be towed in a week later.
I have bAught 3 cars and they have been grate and my salesman was alwasome and good deals I they'll soon c me agin they have a truck I want and I don't plan on changing anything
Have bought 2 vehicles this year from Cole Chevy Buick. One was a new Buick Regal, And the other was a used Chev. Malibu. Both are great cars. Thank you so much...
