I will never use them for anything again. We have bought vehichles from them, used their service dept. and body shop many times over the years and have even worked for them but after this last experience, i will NEVER spend another dime there

I'm from Grundy Va and work in Pikeville KY and have dealt with a delerships in Va and Pikeville and have had no luck. I consulted with Terry the internet manager about a vehicle he and the team worked up some numbers and they were straight with me. I drove down and it's was the smoothest experience I have had with any dealership. These guys are awesome couldn't ask for better costumer service. I would recommend Cole Chevrolet to anyone. I wouldn't consider buying a vehicle from anyone else. I always hated going to buy an automobile, because other dealership have tried to push what they wanted to sell. I have bought two from Cole's and was never pressured, and I will continue to buy from them.
