My son purchased a car from them in February. It started having issues a week later. We made sure it had a warranty before buying it, but so far they have not stood behind their service AT ALL. It has been nothing but avoided phone calls and run around.
They will cheat you and lie!!
I dont recommend cole auto outlet for nothing. Told us a price down so we sold our car & go back 2 days later & its doubled. left us with 1 car. thanks donnie

I would not suggest you buy anything from this place. I’ve had this piece of junk for a month and a half. It’s been in the garage 7 or 8 times. The garage they sent me to would not or could not fix it. They replaced parts that didn’t need replaced. Now my transmission is shot. I had to go to Ramey’s to have it fixed for $1000. Remind you, I’ve only made one payment so far. They so generously paid )500 of the $1000. I don’t have $500. I’m going to have to take a loan out just to fix this. Was a surprisingly nice experience, the best we've had really. Definitely recommend Chris! He was very nice and courteous and did all that could to help make sure things went smoothly.
