paid cash for 2016 ford escape jan. 2023 dec.2023 transmission went out was under warranty. was w/o vehicle until Feb. 2024 vehicle has had to be towed several times since then due to axels,one had a busted boot and had zip tie holding it together also hill assist,abs,4wd all went out.I reached out to GM robbie ******and he was bery rude he treated/talked to me like I was beneath him.I mentioned lemon law to him and he told me the state of VA has no lemon law and that coles could sale any type of vehicles they wanted to.espe... read more
Their vehicles are not worth it. Had trouble after 4 months. Transmission issues and other work done on it. Not worth the time or effort to go there to look at their vehicles.
Cole Auto Outlet and ***** *********is a JOKE!! If they will screw a Veteran they will screw you too. Tabitha was accepting our monthly payment that we always pay on the 3rd of the month. Tomorrow is the third they have a repo try and pick up our vehicle. Luckily we weren’t home. We have done everything these people wanted us to do then turn around and try and repo our vehicle. This business and finance company is a complete joke!!
Purchased a car from them 4 mnths agothe car has broken down 3 times they refuse to pay to have it fixed beware the cars are lemons and then they refuse to help you
Poor customer service. Was not given correct information before we made the hour trip to trade. We are told we could use our paid off car as a down payment, but we get there and then we were told we need to pay $2500 along with the car.

Purchased my first car here today. The team was nothing short of amazing and even helped me work through some issues with my bank while I was there. Teresa is amazing to work with! Most everything was done before I even got there which made the process so much easier. 10/10 would recommend!
