Sam Wells was very knowledgeable about listing’s in our area and was very patient with us as we were very picky with what we wanted to spend and what we were looking for as this was our first home. She not only helped us find our first dream home but will soon be helping us sell and find our next dream house as my family needs something bigger

She was never pushy, always gave her honest opinion if she didn't like something about a condo or didnt think it was right for me. Most units that were viewed were viewed by Sam as i am out of state. Sam Wells was our purchasing agent. As a former builder of homes and a building and property code inspector, Sam quickly learned what I look at other than simply the cosmetic appeal of a home. She became so aware she was pointing out issues or potential problems before I saw them. She helped us throughout the purchase and after of our home. She was one of the best realtors we ever had the pleasure to have work for us. If we ever purchase again or just sell, Sam is our choice to handle the transaction.
