RecommendedMy realtor, Sam Wells, was awesome! For a first time seller there were so many questions that i had and she was always there to patiently explain everything in layman terms. She also came to the house to walk me through signing all of the e-doc papers. At the closing she came with me to make sure all was done correctly. When the buyer did his closing once again Sam was there to help me with the paperwork. When there were problems she was right there with me helping to solve them. I am so glad she was my realtor.

We had a well located but unmodernized 2-bedroom condo to sell. It took imagination and Chip and Michele supplied it with a photo display of what the upgraded condo could like it. It sold in weeks for the price we wanted. They were always attentive, responsive and upbeat. We closed in two weeks!
