This last sale was difficult and yet she not only protected us as the seller, but took extra care to protect the buyer (not sure they realize what she did for them in the background) to save the close. Didn’t seem to care about either side of seller or buyer. Attempted to cancel contract days before closing, when we had to switch our loans due to government shutdown. When all info was relayed that we are attempting to work with seller with plan in place. Blew us up with text when asking what kind of dryer hook up was provided at house. As well as rude to all parties. Would not recommend to anyone, not even an enemy!
Home after home, offer after offer; Janet made sure to streamline the process, she showed us things on homes that we would have never noticed without her, was strategic in how we put in offers and gave very good feedback and advice every step of the way. We were very lucky to be referred to Janet, she truly is an expert in her field and I could not recommend her more!
