Ashley Wozniak was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment we walked out the door after meeting her for the first time we knew we didn't need to look for anyone else. She was with us every step of the way and always felt like she had our best interests at heart. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience as first time home buyers.
Never never never deal with this place. Ashley Wozniak did not disclose an active leak in the house I was buying.
Did a deal with a listing agent named Alice Slemp; not only was her seller not even moved out on closing day; but after several verbal agreements that the seller would leave appliances. Fridge and Washer/Dryer were absent on the day of closing. When confronted, she was flustered and instead of owning the problem the response was “not in the contract”. her word is absolute garbage. Garrett was very communicative and thorough with all of the details. Helped me through the process and was great to work with. Highly recommend.
We had been with another Realtor for two years with limited showing and feedback. When I contacted David he suggested we look at several other alternative approaches to marketing.
