Did a deal with a listing agent named Alice Slemp; not only was her seller not even moved out on closing day; but after several verbal agreements that the seller would leave appliances. Fridge and Washer/Dryer were absent on the day of closing. When confronted, she was flustered and instead of owning the problem the response was “not in the contract”. her word is absolute garbage. We had been with another Realtor for two years with limited showing and feedback. When I contacted David he suggested we look at several other alternative approaches to marketing.
