I can’t imagine there could be another realtor who was more understanding and helpful given our situation; a family member who was no longer able to stay in his home needed a realtor to put his house on the market. Jim and Beth helped me buy my first house. They made it as easy and seamless as it could be. They are very good at what they do and are very knowledgeable about the buying process. Jim has since always been there for me even after buying the house having great advice in whatever I ask. Being a former custom home builder he has a great eye for quality homes and will give you an honest opinion. Maybe he's having a bad day or week or year, but that was the worst interaction I've ever had with an agent. Maybe been in the "game" too long?...or is just relying on his intuition meter and the calibration is really off? I wish him the best in his endeavors, but I will intently steer clear of future interactions.
