Horrible people to deal with. Makes home owner do it or lets people roam in the house while realtor stands outside playing with their kid. And so so much more the guy did nothing!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely the worst reality group ever. The guy gets in your face hangs over you to get you to sign very pushy and then never shows his face again. Has a women come out sometimes if the home owner can't show the house. Then the couple times they are there they don't close the screen doors and let them slam open and close in the wind. And so much more off things with them. Don't give you heads up when coming out. Most of the time. And not sure but seemed to be working with the buyer more so then owner. I kid you not.
My agent sold my home in one week went on vacation had ppl take over for him I got assisted/punch in the face cause some one show up to look at the house with out an agent to be there did nothing about it called manger of coldwell named like she was very rude to me over tye phone went the present 🎁 of coldwell banker her boss did nothing no call back no nothing made lot of money for nothing agent was chris ryan never again
We have bad experience, One of the agent got us into contract and she not able to sell past 2 years and yet she not releasing me out of contract. Beware and read paper work, I had my lesson
