Had a very bad experience with a "seller Agent" Michele Milton who had listed a property for sale with erroneous and serious false information/description of the property for sale! She obviously hadn't done her 'homework' before listing this property. On inspection by professionals (and an easy inspection of the documents/records kept by the county) and when confronted with the correct information, refused to accept the finding!
