Had a super detailed conversation with Stacy who also gave me the number of a financing company, That lady was also very helpful and super friendly.
My daughter rented from AVL real estate, owned by Alan Langhirt and Valerie Langhirt. Apprently Valerie is the She paid right on time every month, left the place in great condition and returned all the keys, ... Yet Alan and Valerie have yet to return our calls, emails, texts, letters when it came down to returning the deposit.
