I bought my house in Florida and sold my house in Florida all under Coldwell Banker . If they don’t get BUSY helping me find me a new home to buy so I can start my new farming / hospitality business, I won’t be giving them any stars ! Especially since they were not very honest in their business practices and created a hardship for me by not putting a contingency in the contract until I found another property.
This office never calls you back. Left so many messages and they just ignore you.
The Realtor Donna Mattina was unhinged at a final walk through I attended. I cannot express enough how unprofessional this woman was. She cursed at my realtor, she put her finger in my face and said “YOU CAN LEAVE” to me. She then proceeded to slam the door as I turned around. Mind you, I was the owner of the new home. She will be hearing from our lawyer shortly.
