I recently worked with Acadia and I loved her. Despite being young and new to the industry she was on point. If I had a question she couldn't answer, she quickly figured it out. Her communication skills are top notch, something I value when doing business. I will gladly refer her to friends and family!

I recently used the services of an agent from the Longmeadow office to list my house in East Forest Park (Springfield). She is not a good agent. It became obvious that she didn't know what she is doing, and her tactics were very self-serving. I reported her to the office manager, and from his responses I guess they don't care if they have an agent that is incompetent in fulfilling their duties.
