When it comes to Ellason Curdgele, I’ll echo what the other reviews have to say about her: she is rude, incompetent, and utterly useless. Have unfortunately had to deal with her on two separate occasions - once searching for a rental apartment and she was the listing agent, where she lied lied lied about what was going to be done before move-in, and again when she listed said apartment for sale for the landlord, where she refuses to coordinate timing with the tenants, sends us texts like “tenants suck” and then pretends it w... read more

Stay away from Marlene Franzinni- thorough cheat who has no regrets after cheating you! Their real estate business is a total sham and professionalism is a far cry! I don’t have words for how absolute thieves they are. Sold me a house with so many problems and hid all the issues. They will ask you to sign dual agent right away. Then home disclosure form was not done till much later, and issues were not disclosed. What’s the use of an agent if they cannot even do a walkthrough before selling the house.
