I rented condo unit through broker from. Coldwell Banker Realty. Broker ensured me that landlord will take care of all maintenance repairs before movein and scammed me to sign lease before previous tenant vacant apartment. I have been following up with owner since past 8+ month to do repairs. I have even involved broker as landlord was not very cooperating, but nothing changed. I want to start by saying that the place has lots of character, a very nice atmosphere, an open kitchen concept, and outside seating. If you seat in the main dining area, you will be unable to avoid the noise. It's noisy, when busy. As far as drinks, they have mostly beers that I have never heard before, and sometimes they might not have one, or another on tap Their cocktails are of an acquired taste.
