I have had the hardest time trying to get in touch with someone about a rental property. I have called, left voicemails and text messages. I did hear from someone, but never got a name because he was too busy trying to explain the process like I’m 5. Then proceeds to tell me he will call me back to set up a time to meet. Absolutely impossible to deal with these people. All other realtors are simple- will communicate via text etc. these folks require robot text/ call- call from a person- only for the person to be unavailable on Saturday to show the properties we were interested in. We moved on to another more accommodating agent.
