I was not seriously looking for a house and didn’t really know what I wanted. I was window shopping listings and dragging my husband to showings mostly to avoid plotting a kitchen remodel. Susan and John are amazing! We literally had a list of almost 30 houses, and we saw 15 or more. Not once did they seem discouraged or annoyed. In fact, they truly listened to what we were looking for and started making recommendations we didn’t have on our list. In fact, the house we bought was one of the ones they suggested we might like. They stuck by us through the whole process and advocated for us in the inspection process. I am a client for life!

They are such a hard working team! Susan will work with you and make sure you get what you need in a home. She doesn’t get frustrated, annoyed, or discouraged when you view multiple properties. She’s very upbeat and is willing to work WITH you unlike some other realtors we tried before meeting her. She is not only only a great realtor, but is a totally awesome person! I would never recommend this group! They will lie and do whatever it takes to make a bigger commission off of you! Don’t let them be the sellers and the buyers realtor. I got screwed over because of them taking advantage of me not knowing about houses and they knew that because they were doing whatever it took for their friends who were the sellers. AND they give out personal information. I want my picture taken down! I do not support you or your family or this company! I regret going with Susan.
I had the best experience that a guy could ask for in buying my first home with The Polcz Volbrecht Team. They were available day and night with any question I had to guide me to the home that was meant for me. They will feel like a part of your family when all is said and done.
