Beware if you reside next to any properties that this incompetent company manages. Their contractors trespassed into my fenced yard and dug a 3 ft hole all the way down to my gas lines supposedly looking for a water leak. The soil was packed and dry all the way down! Obviously no water leak! When I called the agent, she refused to come look at the damage, the broker who’s number the company employees refused to give to me finally came to my property with a nasty attitude.
