Coldwell banker is the best 5 stars ! they were able to help us find some amazing dirt for our commercial real estate project. Adam was able to help us from beginning to end simply the best in St Augustine.
Don't Walk, Run Away! Ownership/Management at this company has no moral code. They function off of spite and neglect their customers for personal gain. My advice: Steer clear of anyone and anything that has a connection to Coldwell Banker Premier Properties.

We used CBPP in the past to place tenants in a condo we own. The agent was fantastic and the tenants she placed were amazing. Unfortunately, she is no longer doing rental placements. After a bad experience with another realtor, (the tenants she placed vandalized the condo to the tune of over $9200 to fix it back up) we returned to CBPP. We rely on, and pay for, a professional to vet potential tenants. I don't know what kind of financial checks they did on these tenants, or if they did any at all.
