We used CBPP in the past to place tenants in a condo we own. The agent was fantastic and the tenants she placed were amazing. Unfortunately, she is no longer doing rental placements. After a bad experience with another realtor, (the tenants she placed vandalized the condo to the tune of over $9200 to fix it back up) we returned to CBPP. We rely on, and pay for, a professional to vet potential tenants. I don't know what kind of financial checks they did on these tenants, or if they did any at all. We have made it a routine place to visit every time we come back to Saint Augustine. Best coffee, cappuccino and frappes you can find. Staff is very friendly also.
