I’ve bought and sold a few houses and worked with a couple different realtors and I can honestly say Tom DelColle is the best. I had a house in Port Richmond that he sold in 6 days and a house in Manayunk that he sold in 13 days with multiple offers. I also bought a house through him. He’s the only realtor I’ll recommend and the only one I’d work with to buy or sell.
