They employ the worst people here I am a mother in search of her son realtor will chandler and his family kidnapped my son. My husband John sellers who I am still married to died in a car accident and this people are keeping my son from me. Court case has been filed. Trust me you cannot trust a realtor whose family causes damage to another person and doesn’t care. For others pain.
Our realtor Rhonda Canady was amazing. She is both professional & personable. She has a vast knowledgeable of the business and did her research on our property and the area prior to ever meeting with us to sell our home. We had a very unique property in southwest Bakersfield and she was able to help us price it appropriately and her marketing made a fairly rapid sell possible. I filed a formal complaint with the DRE against Stephanie Llanes realtor with this company. She was my buyers agent and she couldn’t follow simple directions when showing my house that was up for sale. I also sent her an email including her boss with no reply. Seems to me that the rumors are true about this company. I’m glad I wasn’t her client but as the seller I did pay her commission unfortunately. I do not recommend her as an agent or their company for supporting incompetent agents.
