Morgan Armstrong and Bill Ropp were the best Real Estate agents we could have wished for are are the best agents we have had thus far. I’m not a fan of realtors, except Hillary Fry, I love Hillary! I’ve had a few terrible prior experiences with realtors and so I generally am distrustful of them. When my husband and I had to purchase a new home, we just called up listing agents of properties we liked and asked them to show us the homes. We met Hillary at one of her listings and asked her to be our agent. Buying and selling a home can be difficult and stressful. Hillary Fry makes things SO much easier! She's hard working, responsive, trustworthy, and makes a point to explain every step of the way. I wouldn't think of using another agent. Highly recommended.
My wife and I recently moved to Ohio from Pennsylvania due to work. We found Carmen by luck. We called real estate offices in the area on a Friday morning, looking for an agent to show us houses that weekend, as we needed to move in a hurry. Working with Beverly has been an absolutely amazing experience. This was my first time buying a home and I had no clue what I was doing whatsoever and she made the entire process so comfortable to deal with. She listened to what I was worried about and how to go through the process and she did fantastic while we worked in the most hectic housing market in the last few years.
