Have had problems in the past but what prompted me to write this review was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. My fiancé and I booked a tour of a rental apartment over three weeks ago. We both communicated with Jed Goodwin via Zillow with no problems. We booked a tour for 11/24/23 at 4 pm. Jed requested our phone numbers so he could get in contact with us a few days before the showing. Never heard anything from him again.
